Oysters with gin, lime and cucumber
Refined finger food for the New Year's Eve dinner or an elegant aperitif: oysters, served in the shell with cucumber cubes and sprinkled with gin. try also this strawberry cheesecake slice recipe too.
Ingredients
Aperitif For 4 people
50 g of cucumbers
12 oysters
½ lime
4 tablespoons of gin
How to proceed
Preparation: approx. 15 minutes
Cut the cucumbers without peeling them into small cubes. Open the oysters carefully with the special knife and remove the molluscs. Wash the largest shell of the conch. Put the oysters back in their shells and spread the cucumber over the shellfish. Add some grated lime zest and squeeze the juice. Drizzle a little juice and gin over the oysters. Serve immediately.
